WANDERING DOG SOOKE

Just saw this guy he appeared to be somewhat limping crossing the road near John Muir elementary school in Sooke. Had a red (I think) collar on but didn’t look like there was a tag hanging from it. Seemed like he would have come to me if I asked him to but my dog was losing her shit in the backseat of my truck so I didn’t attempt to get out or call him over
