Found Chocolate Lab running on the street no owner in sight. Found him on Chaseriver right at the front of Petroglyph mobile home park. We waited for half an hour with him but didnt want to leave him wondering on the road so close to the highway. He's trained, understands sit and stay. Has collar but no tags. No tattoo in ear.
