THIS IS VERY SAD NEWS NANAIMO Brandon Island (off of departure bay)

Sadly today we found a deceased dog while canoeing around Brandon Island (off of departure bay). The dog is mostly black with white spots and it has a black and blue body harness on it but no ID tag. Unfortunately we don’t know what breed this dog is. If someone is missing a dog with this description we have called Animal control and they said they will try to go and retrieve it.
